Hello! I am Norma. I work in
the Accounting Department as a part-time Bookkeeper.
My duties and responsibilities are to maintain, record,
and handle the accounts payable for the Pension Fund and
the accounts payable and receivables for the 401(k)
Plan. Other duties include backup to the full time
Bookkeeper, bank reconciliations, tax payments, and to
prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for both
the Pension Fund and the 401(k) Plan.
