The following are fees charged to Participant accounts:

• $15 flat fee, taken during the last quarter of each year (unless your employer has agreed to pay this fee)
  
  and
   

• 5 basis points (BP) per quarter (Feb., May, Aug., & Nov)
         ** 5 BP = $0.50 per $1,000 in account or 0.05%

There are no extra charges for making changes to your account, transferring balances, taking a hardship withdrawal, or taking a regular distribution from your account.

There are transaction fees for Loans from the Plan:

• $100 fee for the General Purpose Loan

and

• $150 fee for the Primary Residence Loan

Mutual fund expense ratios:
These fees are built into the price of the mutual funds.  They are NOT charged to Participant accounts.
